Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Business Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service administration and costing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, and a background in fire & security services.
Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the daily operations of the service administration and costing teams
* Develop and implement training programs for team members
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
* Analyse reports and identify areas for improvement
* Set objectives and strategies for the teams to meet company goals
* Oversee scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources
* Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management
* Utilize excellent IT skills to optimise operational processes
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
* Strong background in managing day-to-day operations and teams
* Experience in fire & security services is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement
