Key Responsibilities: Strategic Culture Development: Articulate and champion our mission and vision, ensuring alignment across the organization. Design and implement programs that promote our core values and foster a sense of belonging among all employees. Comprehensive Employee Benefits & Recognition: Lead the creation and management of a robust employee benefits, rewards, and incentives program, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention Innovative Recruitment & Onboarding: Revamp our recruitment strategy to attract diverse talent, focusing on personality and potential. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR or people-focused roles, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail sectors. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective employee engagement strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for connecting with individuals at all organizational levels. Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple, high-impact projects simultaneously. Familiarity with HR technology and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
