Description The Service & Team: This is a new role with the Adult Social Care Practice Assurance service, reporting to the Principal Social Worker and Head of Practice Assurance. The Role This critical role is part of the extended Senior Leadership Team, with lead responsibility for practice assurance, ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met, utilising assurance information to inform learning and development activities to ensure that practitioners have the skills, knowledge and frameworks to ensure person centred care and support. The role also supports the Head of Practice Assurance and Principal Social Worker with workforce planning across Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Approved Mental Health Professionals and other occupations. This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check. Working Pattern: This is a full time role, covering Monday to Friday during usual business hours. Compressed hours would be considered for this hybrid position. Typical attendance in the office would be one day a week, but this may vary. What you’ll need to succeed: The post holder will need to have a passion and commitment to delivering outstanding adult social care, which an absolute focus on the outcomes that matter to residents.
