Junior Talent Acquisition Partner (SPAIN)
Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week on-site (flexible environment)
Our client is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to support them with their recruitment as their company expands.
Covering all aspects of recruitment, you will be responsible for reviewing CVs, screening and vetting candidates. You'll also be responsible for collaborating on employer branding and TA projects, as well as the overall candidate experience from start to finish. This is a great next step for candidates looking to grow and learn in HR.
Responsibilities:
* Screen CVs and applications: Review and filter a high volume of applications, identifying top talent efficiently.
* Communicate with candidates: Handle candidate outreach, requesting additional information to streamline the hiring process.
* Support research initiatives: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching job portals, market trends, and employee benefits.
* Conduct HR screening interviews: Lead initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, ensuring a great candidate first impression.
* Provide administrative support: Post jobs, update LinkedIn listings, and maintain recruitment data to keep recruitment processes organized.
* Collaborate on HR projects: Work with senior team members on onboarding, employer branding, and other HR initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least one year in a similar role - experience in SaaS Sales or talent sourcing is a bonus!
* Excellent communication skills: Excellent English and professional communication abilities to engage with candidates and internal teams.
