This role is an administration position within the Fire Risk Assessment department working alongside colleagues to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with telephone & email enquiries from internal stakeholders and end user customers.
2. Making outbound calls & sending emails to customers to book in work.
3. Schedule bookings diaries for engineers to attend sites to carry out work.
4. Liaise with specialist sub-contractors to obtain quotes and to book in their works.
5. Updating progress of work status on customer portals.
6. Taking & resolving engineer queries.
7. Supporting Fire Risk Assessment Manager.
8. Various ad-hoc tasks to enable the smooth running of the department.
Additional Information:
1. Parking: Free parking on site with overflow parking off site short walk from office.
2. Hybrid Working: 3 days in office & 2 days from home (after training and completion of probationary period).
3. Holiday: 23 days (20 days free choice, 2 days between Xmas & New Year and 1 birthday day) plus 8 Bank Holiday days.
4. Working Hours: 8:30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch.
