About The Role We are looking for an attentive and focussed individual who head, our finance department, a vital part of the smooth running of the business. They will undertake the oversight of the various processes involved with producing the commission statements for consultants and introducers and updating all internal systems surrounding these payments such as charity deductions. The role will involve meticulous attention to detail, often working in isolation to ensure the smooth running and correct outcomes financially for the business. Responsibilities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas). Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Excellent organisational skills and ability to follow set processes. Problem-solving attitude with a sharp eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in a similar finance-related role. Finance Management Requirements Process commission statements from providers. Create commission statements for all consultants. Administer charity and tree-planting deductions. Manage introducer and other deductions, ensuring accurate remittance. Finalise statements for bank payments. Handle consultant queries regarding payments and commissions. Audit pipelines to identify discrepancies. Update internal records and monitor KPIs. Reconcile banking through Xero.
