As Care Home Deputy Manager, you’ll support the delivery of quality care, working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties. Expect to help ensure care standards, motivate your team and inspire residents to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Key responsibilities include leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits and supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance.
As the ideal candidate, you’ll have experience helping residents with different health needs, a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. You’ll also have some HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
