Job overview
This is a varied and challenging post, suited to an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and strong organisational skills. Main duties of the job
To provide specialist administration and service coordination support within the defined area of a Mental Health Support Team (MHST). To support clinical teams by performing routine administration tasks to contribute to the efficient ongoing running of the service.
The Specialist Administration Coordinator will manage their defined areas within the MHST and will be responsible for prioritising and organising their workload to ensure the effective running of the team and effective communication structures are implemented. They will ensure that processes and procedures comply with legislation requirements and meet service performance and quality standards within the stipulated time frames.
