We are currently recruiting for experienced Rail Resourcer with a desire for fast moving bluecollar recruitment and a proven track record in the regulated sectors of the rail systems market.
This is a fast paced role working on volume recruitment for all aspects of rail blue-collar roles for all locations in the South of England. You will be tasked with increasing the candidate base for deployment to our multiple clients. The budget is designed to ensure that all motivated consultants will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
As a Rail Resourcer you will be targeting candidates in the Infrastructure market to supply into our contracts. You will be responsible for sourcing and resourcing candidates. In an autonomous environment you will be given the best tools to succeed and excellent remuneration for your hard work.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Solid experience as a rail blue-collar resourcer;
A proven successful history in candidate attraction;
To be assertive, driven, charismatic and professional;
A flair for maintaining relationships; Strong interpersonal skills;
A dedicated approach, as well as being determined to succeed and maximise your earnings;
Genuine interest in the Infrastructure market;
Exceptional communication skills; Creative and analytical thinker;
Superior time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
