Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of the residential repossession process Prepare memos of sale and auction packs Review residential titles and provide detailed reports Draft, review and issue sales contracts and related documents Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors and asset managers to ensure transactions progress smoothly Respond to client queries, provide updates and maintain open communication Manage contract exchanges and address post-sale matters, including distribution of surplus funds What are we looking for? Previous experience in a Residential Paralegal role Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade C or above) Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems Knowledge of legal systems and strong organisational abilities Desirable: A law degree or equivalent qualification Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Experience in financial services or legal sectors, particularly in a paralegal capacity What’s on Offer?
