Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the HR Director (North Europe & Oceania), you will provide operational HR support to our UK Edgewell Teammates (High Wycombe & Ladbroke Grove) on all HR related queries and manage the employment end-to-end life cycle. This will be a hands-on, stand-alone, operational, proactive HR position where you will business partner with all managers to drive HR priorities (Global and Local). Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, full day-to-day administration, change management, leadership development, rewards and recognition, performance management, training and development, recruitment, leading on enhancing the teammate experience, communications and policy development. You will work closely with our Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Supply Chain and Bulldog Skincare for Men teams.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a commercial or consumer goods company. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
1. Experience of operating independently and partnering with the commercial leadership team
2. Experience of working in a commercial matrix environment (cross functionally and cross culturally)
3. Proficient in using HR systems/data handling
4. Strong Influencing skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to present in-person
5. Ability to work at speed and independently create presentation decks
6. Fully CIPD qualified & self-starter
7. Ability to prioritise and proactively manage multiple deadlines
8. Solid experience in employee relations, org design changes and recruitment
9. Proven knowledge of local employment law and immigration rules
10. Ability to use People Analytics to drive analysis, talking points and stories with the local leadership teams and management
