We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesforce leader to define and shape our Salesforce GTM and growth strategy and be part of a wider Digital Centre of Excellence that is shaping the future of digital experiences.
Sitting within our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) business in the UK, this is a key leadership role shaping our Salesforce go-to-market and delivery strategy and how we gain synergies from Salesforce as part of a wider Digital ecosystem. You will work with our DCX CoE Head, Offer and Technology leads, and Market Unit leads to drive our go to market with Salesforce, growing our relevance and footprint, and growing a portfolio that currently sits at over £100m.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a high-calibre technology growth leader who exhibits a range of attributes, skills and experience that enables them to deliver rapid value to our clients. This key individual will further develop our leadership position with Salesforce, supporting business growth and creating customer centric solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver transformative and compelling solutions for clients.
As well as shaping our offers to the market and assuring the quality of solutions across our client base, you will be required to work closely with our delivery practice, growing our cadre of Salesforce specialists across the UK practice, our offshore capability and our partners. You will build client and market specific plans and leverage our partners and team of experts to execute successful outcomes for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Your skills and experience
* Proven experience in a go-to-market or sales leadership role within the Salesforce ecosystem
* Experience leading the sales and delivery of Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments, and managing a portfolio of sectors and clients in a growth environment
* A growth leader with the vision to help our clients envision and realise their objectives, underpinned by Data Cloud and Agentforce
* Insight and a perspective on current trends and innovations in Salesforce, its ecosystem, and the wider Customer Experience market
* Experience in creating winning offers built around Salesforce, ideally across several sectors, including proposition and solution definition, estimating and defining key bets. Ideally includes experience of developing Managed Service / Outsourcing propositions and deals working in dynamics teams across multiple lines of business
* Strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, including partners, vendors and experts
* Be conversant cross-sector, but ideally with significant depth in either Consumer Products & Retail, Telco & Media, or Public Sector
* Experience developing winning proposals, leading bid submissions, and presenting pitches by demonstrating how your solution achieves the customer vision
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills; excellent presentation and facilitation skills; experience influencing C-level stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds
* Solid understanding of the technology market in areas such as Case Management, Contact Centre, Digital Experience Platforms, Personalisation, E-commerce, Sales, Service and the applications of emerging technologies in the market in order to identify complementary and competitive solutions to Salesforce
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
