Your Role: Act as the primary communication channel, ensuring clear and timely updates within and beyond your team. Proactively address operational and performance issues, driving continuous improvement. Identify individual and team development needs in line with business objectives. Design and implement effective training and development plans. Drive performance management through regular 1:1s, coaching, and development conversations, aligning with company policies. Collaborate across teams to contribute to overall business success. Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making, enhance team performance, and improve customer experience. A proactive self-developer who is committed to continuous learning and growth. Experience in Financial Services is beneficial but not essential. Qualifications: CF1, FA1, and FA2 certifications will need to be obtained within 30 months of appointment. Initially fully on-site during the 6 month's probation period, then hybrid 2-days/week from office post discussion with line manager.
