Business Operations Manager | £50k - £70k | Hybrid London / WFH
Premier Sports have partnered with a Private Office that form the family office of a high profile athlete, that are looking for a Business Operations Manager to manage their group of businesses.

* Oversees the portfolio of 15+ companies that focuses on unlocking and driving revenue across multiple sectors including sport, entertainment and business
* Grows the brand and maximises commercial partnership opportunities and develops strategic ventures
* Aimed at creating a lasting value and legacy that exceeds the athletes current sporting mission
The Role:
* Reports to CEO
* Operational oversight in projects across: Wealth Management & Investments (private & public), Property Manegement & Investments (commercial & residential), Philanthropy, Sports Management (managing sports interests & partnerships)
* Alongside the above, you would also operationally manage a standalone Sports Management Company consisting of multiple athletes
Key responsibilities:
* Operational Oversight – implement & manage systems & processes to support efficiency of diverse operations, also ensuring consistency across all infrastructure (HR, IT, Administration etc)
* Infrastructure Management – Take lead in managing internal infrastructure (HR operating systems, staff performance management & productivity, compliance etc)
* Strategic Planning & Process Optimisation – work with CEO to develop & execute operational strategies and identify gaps in current processes across all verticals (wealth management, property, philanthropy, sports management etc)
* Performance Monitoring – Establish KPIs for internal teams and report to CEO and analyse data across businesses to guide strategic decisions
* HR & People Management – Oversee recruitment, onboarding & performance evaluation of staff across all divisions, ensuring compliance of HR policies & employment regulations
* Leadership & Coordination - Act as bridge between CEO and operational teams
Requirements
* 5+yrs in similar operational management role within private office or multi-division organisation is a MUSTBachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management (or related)
* Experience implementing & managing internal systems & processes including HR & staff performance management
* Strong leadership & communication skills, with an analytical & data driven mindset
* Familiarity with property management, sports management and/or wealth management is a MUST
