This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout their experience with us. The candidate will handle inquiries, manage online bookings, resolve issues, and provide support for our range of mobile phones, accessories, and repair services. The candidate will also assist with digital marketing efforts to promote our services and engage customers through various online platforms.
Main duties include:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing helpful and friendly service regarding mobile phones, accessories, and repair services.
• Manage online bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and smooth coordination for technician appointments and services.
• Follow up daily with the team to monitor progress and ensure all repairs meet company standards.
• Assist with digital marketing efforts by promoting services and engaging with customers via social media platforms and other online channels.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the relevant person when necessary.
• Update and maintain customer records, repair schedules, and service documentation
