Project Sales Business Development Manager
WB Power Services are currently recruiting for Project Sales Business Development Managers. This is a superb opportunity for Business Development Managers to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to support the business through these exciting times.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Working to company quality systems ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
2. Liaising with all departments regarding group opportunities.
3. Proactively research new business opportunities within agreed scope and geographical location.
4. Promote WBPS Ltd and services via face-to-face and phone & email contact.
5. Support internal sales with customer visits as required.
6. New client recruitment.
7. Responsible for controlling the chasing of all new quotations aided by sales personnel.
8. Achieve agreed sales revenues.
9. Present face-to-face proposals as required.
10. Ensure Salesforce is fully up to date at all times with prospects, quotes, visits planned, and all activity.
11. Submit monthly sales report including pipeline report and present in the monthly sales meetings.
12. Attend sales de-brief meetings as required by Line Manager.
13. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual “new sales” targets laid down in your job acceptance letter, which will be reviewed as applicable.
14. Maintain a presentable image.
15. Updating WBPS Ltd online database.
16. Opening of quotations for customer enquiries.
17. Obtaining all new customers' details and entering them onto the database.
18. Ensure that new customers are made aware of WBPS Ltd terms and conditions.
19. Setting up new client terms and conditions in conjunction with Senior Management.
20. Sending off introduction letters to prospective customers.
21. The above list is not exhaustive, is subject to change, and we may ask you to undertake other duties.
