Marketing Manager
Description: We are hiring for our client, a prominent player in the industry, who is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for the Americas region. This role is integral to driving lead generation and fostering relationships with prospects, customers, influencers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Americas Business Development team and other functions to ensure that all marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Role:
* Strategy Development: Formulate and implement the regional marketing strategy to achieve lead generation and retention targets. Conduct research on customers, markets, and competitors to identify potential investment areas.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the region's interests at internal and external meetings. Collaborate with third-party agencies to bring strategies to life.
* Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, including projecting costs, reviewing expenditures, and preparing budget commentary.
* Marcomms Oversight: Develop relationships with preferred partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations. Oversee the planning and evaluation of all marketing communications for the region.
* Content Development: Oversee content creation for digital channels, marketing collateral production, and event planning.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate databases for customers and prospects, supporting business functions in their execution.
* Evaluation and Reporting: Gather and analyze data to refine marketing plans, prepare progress reports, and ensure consistent pipeline development.
The Person:
* Education: Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: Proven success in a similar marketing role with a focus on lead generation and relationship development.
* Skills: Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data and adapt plans accordingly.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
* Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to challenges.
* IT Competency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
