The Community Rehabilitation Service is an award winning service provided by Second Step in partnership with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Missing Link. Shaped by people who have used mental health services, the Community Rehabilitation Service gives people the support they need to achieve their hopes and goals. We are passionate about recovery and the service is Trauma informed. The post will be based at in our accommodation service in Brentry, Bristol. You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team delivering specialist interventions, ensuring that services are tailored to individual’s cultural and social needs. You will be responsible for the delivery of the property management of the accommodation service.
