Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Specialist or Key Account Manager to cover Scotland.
Role Summary:
This exciting new opportunity involves maximising the performance of a launch product in the field of Urology, specifically for Overactive Bladder, in the defined region. The role requires unlocking access and driving sales through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and analyse the defined region to determine business potential and prioritise target hospital accounts.
* Map the therapy area landscape and patient journey in the defined region and each priority account.
* Understand and navigate local access pathways in the specified therapy areas.
* Identify and prioritise key decision-makers, influencers, stakeholders, and networks in each account.
Requirements:
* ABPI certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Sales experience with a sound knowledge of account management
* Sales and launch experience within a specialist therapy area (e.g. Urology)
* Demonstrable knowledge of the NHS structure, payers, and routes to market
* Track record of engaging key business partners in complex clinical environments
* Proven track record in influencing the business partner decision-making process
