Our client based in Marlow is currently recruiting for a project administration support temporary to start working with them as soon as possible.
The position is full time hybrid working full time hours.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitors and coordinates project tasks and intervenes where project tasks are not completed in time and/or not meeting set expectations.
* Develops and deliver project documentation including presentations, plans, schedules and status reports.
* Insures transparency and visibility of important project and billing milestones is provided internal systems to the organisation.
* Works with team to help define project plans, schedules and implementation strategies using company selected tool(s).
* Organises and supports assigned projects considering department, division, and corporate priorities and goals.
* Leverages methodologies and best practices to accelerate project delivery.
* Builds, develops and grows any internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the project and long term client retention.
* Performs other reasonable duties as required by the company
Key requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as business administration or similar
2. Two years of project administration and/ or coordination experience
3. Working fluency in international business English (written and verbal)
