What you will do Help customers improve client retention and success by offering timely resolution of issues and working as a trusted advisor to your clients. In this role, you will work with our customers to improve the value of their investment in Oracle’s SaaS portfolio. Work with customers and the account team to define and detail the customer’s business objectives and definition of success (ROI). Bring together baseline metrics and demonstrate success with the Oracle Fusion offering.
