Job Title: Accounts Technician
Location: St Ives Office (with some time at Ely, St Ives, and St Neots offices)
Department: General Practice
Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Qualifications: Part or fully qualified AAT, or qualified by experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements for companies, sole traders and partnerships as well as completing the corporation tax returns
* Completion of personal tax returns for directors, sole traders and rental accounts
* Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts
* Utilise Excel and IT packages such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Attention to detail
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to work well under pressure
