Minimum Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Leadership experience in the Art and Photography field (or experience leading teams in a teaching context).
Strong knowledge and experience in Art and Photography education across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
Proven ability to lead and motivate staff, with a vision for achieving high standards.
Ability to inspire and challenge students at all levels of ability.
