Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Essex (Semi-Rural) Start Date: Immediate Contract: Permanent for the right candidate About the Role: As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and emotionally. While previous experience working with SEMH is desirable, it is not essential. What we are looking for is someone who is confident, resilient, and truly passionate about supporting young people with SEMH challenges. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students aged 10-16 years with SEMH needs. Assist in implementing individualized learning programs. Encourage engagement in both classroom activities and outdoor learning, as the school emphasizes outdoor activities. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
