You will be responsible for the management of existing relationships, business development leads generated by them, the quality of those leads and their positive rate of conversion into sales.
You will support the businesses by achieving company growth through business development and new initiatives; generating sales from business development.
Your tasks will include: Retain and maintain all partnerships within our portfolio to achieve revenue and sales targets for OA, working with the Senior Marketing Manager to agree next steps Identified and develop new long term partnerships through a thorough understanding of OA commercial needs alongside understanding the needs of any new potential partner through meaningful collaboration Develop long term profitable relationships with partners that ensure full growth potential for OA Work with the Marketing team to create campaigns that deliver sales and revenue from our current partner portfolio Reporting monthly on the progress and sales from active partnerships, reviewing progress to date and making recommendations for the evolving partnership Attending meetings as required with the partners/new business relationships to ensure strong relations are maintained Ensuring that all Business Development contacts are loaded onto the CRM and that there are regular and meaningful contact with these contacts Producing monthly KPIs for the Directors with analysis of leads and sales with justification against effort and associated spend Deliver quarterly competitor analysis with commentary and insight.
