An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work in an exceptional health and wellbeing centre based in Birmingham, West Midlands. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position you must be NMC registered and have a V300 qualification with previous experience in primary care.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, your key duties include:
1. Assessing own learning needs through performance reviews and developing key annual objectives to support service delivery and improvement.
2. Developing and enhancing clinical and leadership skills through in-house and formal training to ensure competency in all aspects of care, while being aware of clinical governance and risk management.
3. Maintaining clinical credibility by demonstrating continual professional development and undertaking necessary training and education to ensure the highest standard of evidence-based clinical skills.
4. Conducting teaching sessions and presentations to groups of staff and being involved in the training and education of others regarding the roles of UCC and ENP/ANPs.
5. Adapting and developing the role of Nurse Practitioner, ensuring flexibility and willingness to expand the role as required.
The following skills and experience are preferred and beneficial for the role:
1. Experience in clinical leadership.
2. Able to demonstrate teaching and assessing skills.
3. Experience of service-specific advanced clinical skills.
4. Experience working within multi-professional settings contributing to effective team working.
5. Able to demonstrate adherence to evidence-based practice.
6. Experience of working independently in a healthcare role.
7. V300 qualification with previous experience in a Primary Care setting.
8. Confidence in using IT systems and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
The successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner will receive an excellent salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
