Responsibilities will include: Working closely with the kitchen stores person and chefs to manage day to day changes to ingredients and menu items to ensure up to date allergy information is provided in the form of allergy reports. Developing annual menu cycles for our College Buttery, to include recipe development, costing (in partnership with our stores person), allergen management and calculating nutritional values. Managing a recipe database to support menu cycles. Providing advice and guidance to the Catering team on latest research, guidelines and legislation. The salary for this role is £27,081 per annum (Step 31 on the College Salary Scale).
