A client of ours in Chelmsford are recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join their team ASAP This is a Temporary-Permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Paying £12.80-£13.80 per hour (£25,000 - £27,000 per annum) depending on experience. Key Duties include but are not limited to: Dealing with all inbound tickets, responding within agreed timescales. Forward customer requests to the correct departments. Ensuring all inboxes are maintained and the ticketing systems. Escalating any issues to manager/ relative department for guidance. Negotiating returns with suppliers/manufacturers. Processing Customer details on various customer portals. Processing customer orders as required. Processing all customer return requests as well as with Manufacturers/Suppliers.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Support Advisor position: Experience in using an internal ERP system to process tickets desirable. Experience within a customer support role essential. Ability to take initiative and to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
