Hays recruitment are currently recruiting for a final assembly supervisor for our client based in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work full time for a permanent position starting asap.
Monday to Friday
8am - 4:30pm
Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000 per year depending on experience.
Duties:
1. Delegating roles to employees, contractors and sub-contractors.
2. Collaborate with the production engineer and other supervisors.
3. Assist with emergencies.
4. Setting targets for employees.
5. Coordinate employee training.
Experience:
1. 2 years Supervisory experience.
2. Manufacturing experience.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
