Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, this role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently organise and coordinate the scanning of stock and non-stock invoices to maintain an accurate filing system.
* Collate overhead invoices in preparation for Year End.
* Collect delivery notes from Goods-In teams.
* Build Chinese shipping containers in the ERP system with precision to ensure correct product allocation and cost distribution.
* Conduct expense analysis.
* Edit purchase orders prior to receipt, ensuring accuracy in quantity and pricing.
* Match delivery notes to invoices.
* Support the team with any additional duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
* Proactive and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
* Proven ability to implement effective controls and processes.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in all major IT applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
