Role Overview:As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the chance to work across various schools in Ware stepping in to provide cover for teachers in the absence of their usual staff. You will be responsible for delivering planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring continuity in education for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across various primary school age groups (Reception to Year 6)
* Ensure students remain engaged and focused on their learning
* Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
* Follow school policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of daily activities
* Maintain a flexible approach and adapt to the needs of different schools and students
