This is an all-encompassing, vital role with duties that include estate management, overseeing properties and development projects, and managing household staff to ensure proper property maintenance. The Private PA will be responsible for meticulously scheduling personal commitments, such as medical visits and social events, while handling a complex and ever-changing calendar in close communication with the principal's partner. Gatekeeping the principal's time is essential to maximize efficiency and foster a more productive lifestyle. You will be expected to arrange wellness services, schedule fitness appointments tailored to the principal’s needs, and effectively communicate with personal trainers, nutritionists and physiotherapists. Additionally, you will be tasked with procuring luxury goods when requested and running various ad hoc errands. Furthermore, financial administration is a significant aspect of the role, where the Private PA oversees household budgets, manages large purchases and transfers, and maintains up-to-date records and reports to ensure financial clarity and control. Much of this role will involve organising luxury travel, including negotiating the best rates for private jets, yachts, and elegant hotels. You will communicate the principal’s preferences and travel ahead to ensure that accommodations and venues meet high standards. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: • Meticulous diary organistion, scheduling all personal and professional appointments • Luxury travel coordination, research, and execution of holidays and business trips • Lifestyle and event planning • Estate management of properties and the staff within • Administrative duties, including financial and project administration • Luxury item care, maintaining and insuring art collections and high-value items • Health and wellness support • Problem-solving and calmy and quickly managing any last-minute changes or emergencies • Travelling with the principal as required • Available to be on call 24/7 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA • Over 5 years of experience as a Private Personal Assistant for HNWIs or UHNWIs • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently and under pressure • Familiarity with arranging private luxury travel, including jets and yachts • A high mobility passport (EU or UK) to enable global travel at short notice • Strong analytical skills for financial support • Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish or additional languages a plus • Outstanding, verifiable references
