HR Business Partner **
We're working in partnership with a local authority in the Hackney area, who are searching for an experienced HR Business Partner to work within the Education / Schools Department.
Contract: Initially 4-6 months, with potential for a permanent role.
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
Location: E8. (Hybrid working will be available)
Pay Rate: Starting from £29+ per hour (Negotiable based on experience).
About The Role:
1. Work in partnership with key decision-makers within the Trust and schools, providing professional high quality HR advice and support to ensure that effective people management contributes to raising standards of organisational effectiveness.
2. ∙ Provide a high quality, comprehensive service within the Trust and to schools in accordance with agreements in place.
3. Provide accurate and effective advice and support to enable management in the Trust and schools to deal with a broad range of people management matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance and attendance.
4. Manage complex individual cases and transformational change processes, providing specialist advice and guidance in workforce planning and organisational design.
5. Provide high quality HR advice to staff within the Trust.
6. Work with the Head of Human Resources to ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and updated in line with the legislative framework and best practice.
7. Fully integrate equality issues, best practice and best value within all aspects of service delivery.
Experience Needed:
8. Local Authority / Public Sector background.
9. HR Business Partner.
10. Education Sector.
Qualification Needed:
11. CIPD qualified or equivalent.
