g2 Recruitment invest heavily in the development of our people and due to continued growth across our business we are further expanding our L&D team to bring onboard an additional Academy & Systems Trainer into our Cardiff office.
We are looking for someone who loves recruitment but is looking to take a sidestep from a 360 role into a sales support position. We have an organic growth model at g2 and all consultants are hired as trainee’s so developing new starters as quickly as possible is a key part to our success and growth. We believe in a blended learning approach so the role will be a mix of deskside and classroom training and you will have plenty of support from a high achieving team to guide you in your new role. Key responsibilities
1. Delivering a variety of sales training programmes for new starters.
2. Deliver recruitment systems training across all applications (CRM, LinkedIn, JobBoards, MI Reporting)
3. Work closely with managers within the business to ensure that key stakeholder relationships are built, developed, and maintained
4. Ensure training records are logged and kept up to date
5. Conduct 1:1 training using a variety of training & coaching techniques
