The Role
Join the Customer Experience Team as a Field Service Engineer (full training provided).
Based at our modern facility near Glasgow Airport with regular travel to customer sites.
Install, service, and repair equipment across the UK and Europe (primarily DACH region, Italy & Spain).
Provide technical support in person, by phone, and via email.
Conduct on-site training for customers and colleagues.
When not travelling, work is based at our facility.Package & Benefits

Standard working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00
Friday: 08:00 - 13:00Desirable Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year's experience as a Field Service Engineer
HNC in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
Strong attention to detail, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Enjoys fault-finding and implementing improvements
Confident in challenging existing processes to drive efficiency
Effective communicator across all levels of the business
Ability to work independently and within a team
Customer-facing experience, with an open and friendly approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must-Haves
Full, clean UK driving licence
Valid passport
Genuine passion for travel and engineering
