Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and identify top-tier candidates.
* Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for available positions.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our recruitment database.
* Assist in the coordination of interviews and communication between candidates and clients.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enjoy talking to people on the phone and via MS Teams
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
* Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not mandatory.
