Hybrid Recruit are actively recruiting for a Service Coordinator with relevant mechanical knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
The ideal Service Coordinator will have experience in leadership, planning and logistics, and a solid understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
* End-to-end management of Field Service Engineers including recruitment, absence, and performance management
* Manage and coordinate FSEs, ensuring efficient job assignments and routing, and optimal resource utilisation.
* Maintain accurate records of team training, tracking completed and pending sessions to ensure compliance with requirements.
* Preparation of monthly KPIs to report and review with the Customer Operations Desk Manager
* Plan service visits with a focus on maximising daily customer coverage while maintaining cost-effective travel and logistics.
* Optimise job assignments to balance workload, minimise travel expenses, and improve service efficiency.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any scheduling or logistical challenges.
* Creation and Documentation of SOPs and ensure adherence.
* To oversee, monitor and improve the FSE processes
* Ensure geographical coverage for customer sites through targeted recruitment
Requirements of the Service Coordinator:
* Experience in a similar role incl. team management and planning.
* Driving license.
* Experience with relevant mechanical knowledge of Electrical and hydraulic systems.
* Attention to detail.
* Flexible with regards to travel, tasks performed and working hours.
