Your role
As a New Business Sales professional, you drive growth by identifying, creating, and closing new opportunities. You will manage a complex sales process of 3 to 9 months, from discovery to contract closing, ensuring the right deal is created for all stakeholders. With an 80/20 focus on organic and outbound efforts, you actively build and support a strong sales pipeline.
Using your expertise and creativity, you lead Planon stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, ensuring impactful collaboration. You understand what drives customers to buy and know how to meet their needs effectively, helping us deliver exceptional solutions to Facility Management and Real Estate directors from leading companies in the UK. Networking internally and externally, you connect with key decision-makers to unlock new opportunities and ensure success.
By strategically leading the sales process, you make a real impact on our growth in the UK market while working with top-tier partners and market-leading SaaS technology.
You successfully fulfil your role by:

As part of the UK local team, you collaborate closely with three other New Business Sales colleagues. You’ll also work alongside our Marketing team, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales Consultants, and Account Management to achieve impactful outcomes. You report directly to the Head of Sales UK. Based out of our Brighton office, the team embraces hybrid working, combining office, home, and customer site visits/events.
