Working within the EMEA Marketing & PR department in London, you will learn to implement a regional Marketing & PR plan which is both brand appropriate but market right in order to acquire and secure the loyalty of our clients in our stores and online.
Reporting to the Partner Territories Marketing & PR Manager, you will:
1. Participate in the elaboration of the seasonal Partner Territories Marketing & Communication strategy for your region (LATAM, Israel, Northern Africa & Eastern Europe).
2. Track costs & budget spends in the remits of your region.
3. Plan & Coordinate Marketing & PR initiatives in the regions within remit.
4. Track and analyze sales results, customer & competitors’ trends and purchasing habits.
5. Liaise with key business partners, event hosts, charities, PR agencies, stylists/editors, and RL departments, reacting quickly and efficiently to Marketing & PR related requests.
6. Coordinate gifting and POS material orders for wholesale and retail accounts.
7. Assist the Partner Territories Marketing & PR team in organizing all the logistic surrounding Marketing & PR initiatives and events:
1. Pre-event duties include briefing and printing invitations, coordinating translations, liaising with suppliers and other key event contacts, ordering gifts, booking catering, casting models, producing, and maintaining up-to-date guest lists and sending Event Precaps.
2. Post-event duties include preparing sales analysis recap, monitoring online and offline exposure, tracking customer sales evolution and preparing weekly presentations.
8. Manage Marketing & PR intern ensuring, amongst the intern’s responsibilities, that all daily, weekly and monthly PR monitoring and reporting are carried out correctly, thoroughly and by deadline.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
1. Previous Experience: 2 full strategic cycles in a Marketing & PR assistant or coordinator role involving project management, coordination, and analysis work (FMCG, Fashion, CRM).
2. Languages: English required, Spanish preferred.
