Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

* Apprenticeship Training: Follow a structured learning path in IT Solutions, progressing to L3 IT Solutions Technician standard
* Field Work: Travel to customer sites and data centres, supporting hardware, software, and network solutions
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Commissioning Solutions: Work on the delivery and implementation of high-end IT systems
* Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team collaboration and enhance knowledge across the business

Your training plan
Fully funded Level 3 IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship with HPE CDS and LearnTech.
Typical duration to gateway: 13-months (followed by up to 3 months for the End Point Assessment (EPA) period)
Apprenticeship level: Advanced (Level 3)
Programme: IT Solutions Technician
During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly live remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the L3 IT Solutions Technician standard.
