To achieve this, you will build and strengthen the sales team in the Midlands and South England. Since the team is still growing, you will initially combine strategy with a hands-on approach. You focus on results and use your network to establish long-term partnerships. Your key responsibilities include: Expanding and coaching the sales team to excel in client relationship management and business development. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and developers. Achieving revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans. You are an experienced sales professional with a strong network in the construction sector. You know how to manage long-term sales cycles and have experience working with decision-makers and end clients within complex sales processes. What you bring: Experience in commercial and leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. What you can expect from us: Salary of £80,000 - £90,000 gross per year. Commission scheme. 35-hour work week. 25 vacation days per year, including 3 days during the Christmas period plus national holidays. Option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days per year. Extra leave for special occasions. Hybrid working possible after completing the probationary period. Lease budget of approximately £800 per month for a petrol, hybrid, or fully electric car.
