The Role:
Maintain and repair a growing fleet across the UK and Europe. You’ll handle everything from routine inspections to complex engine replacements while working with a collaborative team dedicated to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, inspect, and repair vessel systems (engines, gearboxes, hydraulics, electrics).
Diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
Train crew on maintenance best practices.
Travel across the UK and Europe for on-site maintenance and repairs.
Uphold safety and quality standards at all times.About You:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
3-4 years’ marine or ship engineering experience
STCW qualifications and a full valid driving license.
Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills, and flexibility to travel/on-call.What We Offer:
Salary of £40,000-£45,000 with bonuses.
