A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager at FIRST ONSITE, no two days are the same-but every day is impactful. You start the morning by cheering on your team, setting priorities, and ensuring everyone is aligned with the day's goals. Throughout the day, you're a hands-on leader-checking in on project progress, collaborating with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters, and troubleshooting challenges to ensure timelines and budgets stay on track.
You analyze performance metrics, review reports, and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability and growth. Between meetings with your team, subcontractors, insurance companies, and customers, you also focus on cultivating a workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent. By the end of the day, you've not only delivered exceptional customer service but also inspired your team to exceed expectations while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5+ years experience in a senior project management, branch management, or leadership within the disaster restoration industry or insurance industry.
2. Strong interpersonal abilities paired with top-notch time management and critical thinking skills to drive results and lead with impact.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with experience in Xactimate being highly preferred.
4. IICRC certifications are a valued asset and a testament to your commitment to excellence in the restoration industry.
5. You have a proven track record of driving profitability while inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
