We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our daily operations. The role involves managing stock and maintaining optimal inventory levels for consumables, as well as planning stock orders and assisting with delivery and production scheduling.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with customers and coordinating with depots regarding deliveries.
Proficiency in Excel and Word is required for this role, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is key.
Requirements

* Creating purchase orders and handling invoicing.
* Tracking KPIs and entering data accurately.
