We work directly with clients and collaborate with local authorities, main contractors, and architects across the South of England. Role and Responsibilities
As Office Administrator, you will be reporting to the Managing Director.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Working with the estimating team to prepare public sector tender submissions
* Preparing relevant documentation for the company’s health & safety requirements and ensuring this is communicated to the team
* Manage and submit documentation to various health & safety bodies for certification
* Supporting the Managing Director with HR requirements
* Maintain and manage staff training
* Guide journey to becoming a net-zero business (external training will be available)
* Assist with lead generation activities and recording
* Manage and maintain the company website
* Other administrative tasks, such as ordering company clothing, in support of the business
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication skills; ideally a higher-level qualification such as A Level English or above as concise, excellent written communication in English is essential
* Ideally level 3 in business administration
* At least 2 years’ experience working in an office-based environment desirable, ideally in the construction industry
* Knowledge of business health & safety requirements desirable, ideally in the construction industry
* Knowledge of Human Resources desirable
* Highly organised
* Able to work to deadlines
