Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum. Manage classroom behavior in a positive and proactive manner. Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students. Adapt lessons to suit students’ needs and abilities. Communicate effectively with staff and students, maintaining professionalism at all times. Follow the school's policies and procedures to ensure continuity of education. Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous teaching experience in KS1 and 2 is desirable. Strong classroom management skills.
