The post holder will support the Dementia Diagnosis Recovery Programme Team to ensure organized project delivery by utilizing various support mechanisms and collaborating closely with the PMO. Responsibilities include providing training to team members and Clinical Programme Leads on project management tools and techniques, as well as conducting requirements analysis and process mapping to identify business needs. The role involves persuading project boards about the project's significance, negotiating with sites, and effectively communicating sensitive performance and change information. Additionally, the post holder will analyse process flows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements, assist in running workshops, and contribute to communications and transition plans. They will help identify project-specific risks, maintain risk logs, and support the ongoing development of the Transformation and Delivery Work Programme, all while adhering to Integrated Care System (ICS) principles.
