Title: Head of Marketing Salary: Up to £100,000 Bonus and Benefits Location: Manchester Area - Hybrid Sector: Beauty We have an exciting opportunity to join an extremely successful beauty brand who is completely organic to date and a record breaking brand. As a Founder led business, they have done an amazing job of achieving everything to date and are now looking to take things to the next level. The new Head of Marketing will be joining a team to support with the structural guidance, build out and overall strategy moving forwards. As a DTC brand, they are industry leading and this role will be vital to bolster their upper funnel marketing strategies and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Improve brand awareness to attract customers and identifying new customer segments and GTM strategies in the US. Work on social media campaigns, especially on TikTok, including influencer, affiliate and UGC strategies. Think outside of the box with new creative ideas to attract customers and push the brand ahead of competitors in the global market. Establish experiential marketing strategies both physically and digitally to create brand affinity with customers. Including but not limited to pop-up stores, brand activation's, workshops, and virtual events. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize future initiatives. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Mentor and lead a diverse marketing team currently in place and develop the hiring strategy for new and talented marketing professionals. Manage budget requirements and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Deep experience with social media strategies, brand awareness, experiential marketing and new market development, specifically in the US. Must come from a background of cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG. Strong ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas for engaging content and campaigns. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions. Proven track record of developing and leading diverse teams, fostering an inclusive environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
