Description We are looking for a business-minded / entrepreneurial based sales leader who knows how to lead and inspire a team for our Glasgow office. You must have experience in leading a sales team of 8 sales consultants to a multi 6/7 figure revenue each month with consistent delivery. We are looking for a highly driven & experienced sales manager who can make a significant impact and lead our sales team to success. Experience required Have at least two years of sales management experience; we are looking for a highly competent sales manager. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers. Monitor sales activities and provide guidance and support to the sales team. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Experience: Proven experience in sales management or a similar role strong ability to sell products or services effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and customers organisational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Experience in supervising, training, and developing a team of sales professionals Strong administrative skills for record-keeping and report generation As a sales manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team.
