Job summary The Band 7 Hospice Inpatient Manager (Clinical Lead) role provides Senior Clinical Leadership for the Inpatient Hospice Care Team. This role will lead, and have responsibility for clinical delivery of safe, effective and high-quality care through teaching, training, auditing, reviewing, change management, supporting and coaching. This role is full time (37.5 hrs per week) however minimum 30hrs per week would be considered, to be worked flexibly across a minimum 4 days. Main duties of the job We are looking for an experienced nurse who has the knowledge, skill and vision to take the lead and responsibility for safe, effective, and high-quality care within the inpatient care team. This is a senior clinical role in which the post holder will ensure we continue to grow and improve, whilst always maintaining safe and effective at the centre of all we do.
